Refund policy

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your Solo ($19/month) or Pro ($49/month) subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

14-day money-back guarantee. If First10 isn't right for you, email hello@first10.dev within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

After the first 14 days, payments for the current billing period are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. The free plan is free and never charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
