Count the late ones
Look back at your last digest. How many threads were already a few days old, with the asker sorted? Those are the ones a daily digest would have caught in time.
Do the math on one customer
- Solo ($19/month): a daily digest of the top 10 posts for one product, with reply drafts.
- Pro ($49/month): the same for up to three products, with priority scanning.
If one extra reply a month turns into a customer worth more than that, it pays for itself. If not, stay on free.
